Follow Up / Shipment

Soon after we receive your order, we will contact you by email and will provide a final cost, including tax and shipping costs. We accept checks, money orders or the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Processed payment is due prior to product shipment.
We will let you know when product has shipped, and the expected delivery date. If tracking numbers are available, we will provide that information to you.

In case of damage during shipment

Products shipped to your location will arrive via motor freight or UPS. Please inspect all Product boxes to ensure that they are in good condition and the contents of the boxes are not damaged.
If you believe any material is damaged, please be sure to note in writing on the carrier’s Bill of Lading. This will ensure that the carrier will issue proper credit for any damaged material.
If possible, please take photos of damaged material, and forward them along with a description of damages to FehrMark Inc. immediately upon the discovery of damages. Photos may be emailed to sales@fehrmark.com or mailed to FehrMark, Inc., 1341 Long Run Road, P.O. Box 89, Friedensburg, PA 17933.
